Coal additives are widely used for the purpose of proper coal combustion, oil additives, fuel oil additives, diesel oil additive and automotive oil additive. These additives are sprayed over the coal increasing the surface area for combustion of coal in better way. Further, our coal additives provide the complete combustion to the coal, and hence ensure the maximum utilization of the resources. These additives are formulated using high grade chemicals procured from reliable and certified vendors.

SK Coal is to be sprayed on coal on feeder bucket system in the proportion of 1:1000 kg by adjusting spray according to feeding rate.

Monitor:

Smoke Quality, if should lighten in color from black to brown or white due to additive i.e. effect
Observe stac temperature. It will increase by 15 to 20%
Observe Ash quality and send it for Analysis without Additive coal residue % to Ash quality with Additive coal residue %. It will show marked Improvement Physical observation is color of Ash brightens after using our additive

Adustment to be Done:

Adjust Air i.e. reduce the air for combustion of bring back the smoke level to original level in color i.e. cover the air inlet up to that level. (original smoke Quality)
Adjust the feed rate of coal to stabilize the stack temperature to original level
