L.D.O. / F.O. is used as heat source in forging / heating unit. The cost of process in terms of fuel is very huge and rising. To optimize fuel cost SK5L is designed for specifically melting furnaces.
We assure minimum 7% to 10% Saving if S K-5 L is used as fuel additive. It has double effect of saving the money & saving the environment for our brighter future.
SK-5L Fuel additive is added in 1 : 3000 proportion & L.D.O. / FO for best results.
When we add the additive in above mentioned proportion the additive cracks the longer carbon chain of above fuels to smaller sizes hence surface area of combustion increase resulting in best possible combustion with stable exhaust.
- Copper strip corrosion of fuel after adding additive becomes negative indicating protection of storage tanks & conduit pipes from corrosion. It acts as corrosion inhibitor
- SK-5L has specific gravity of 0.8 hence it is easily miscible in all the above oils once added before tanker unloading will serve the purpose.
